Saunak Bhatta

Judge — Public Speaking & Leadership

Saunak Bhatta is an award-winning international speaker, corporate trainer, and life coach based in Nepal. Over more than a decade he has reached over 300,000 people worldwide through personal development seminars and training in leadership, communication, soft skills, and emotional intelligence—working with audiences from students and educators to corporations and communities. His facilitation blends Neuro-Linguistic Programming, experiential learning, positive psychology, and life coaching. Public recognitions include the British Council International Climate Champion Award, Global Inspirational Voices Award, Nepal Youth Icon Award, and Human Development and Leadership Award.

Sarala Karki

Judge — AI & Human Resource Management

Sarala Karki is a PhD scholar specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Human Resource Management, with a strong focus on integrating emerging technologies into organizational development. She has over 10 years of experience teaching Human Resource Management to MBA students, demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence and professional development. She serves as the Director of Research, Learning, and Development at Texas International Education Network, where she leads initiatives in academic innovation and capacity building. She is also an Executive Member and Secretary in Cyber Security Research and Innovation, contributing to advancing digital security practices. Additionally, she holds an international committee position with ITAM, Korea, reflecting her active engagement in global academic and technological collaborations.

Dr. Nirmala Mani Adhikary

Judge — Author & Communication Theorist

Dr. Nirmala Mani Adhikary is an internationally acclaimed author and communication theorist, recognized globally for his groundbreaking contributions to the field of communication studies. He is the mastermind behind the Sadharanikaran Model of Communication (SMC) and the Sancharyoga theory, both of which have redefined communication through a unique Eastern and Hindu philosophical lens. His doctoral and post-doctoral research stands as a monumental interdisciplinary work, masterfully bridging the gap between ancient Vedic wisdom and modern communication science. As a prominent academic figure, Dr. Adhikary’s influence extends far beyond the borders of Nepal.
